what i'm noticing is how much i like Breakfast Can Wait in this

line up. i kinda liked it before, but now i like it a lot more.

i kinda like all these songs now. but they need something more

wild and freaky to liven up the party. let's hope the other 4 cuts

are faster and heavier.

On a positive note, I seem to still have the ability to remember a time when the words "Similar sounding tunes..." could NEVER nor would EVER be used in comparing two songs on a highly anticipated and eagerly awaited new Prince album/CD.

I like Breakfast Can Wait but Clouds has a lot more to it and is his best song for a long time IMO

I like both, but Clouds is better.

Clouds crushes BCW... I mean crushes it. Clouds was nurtured... Massaged and developed. BCW sounds like he pulled it out of the vault laid down that vocal in one take and he said I like it. The problem is it needs work. I know P likes to work and do the first take stuff but he's 52 now... He needs to take his time on stuff IMO that is the difference you hear between Clouds and BCW
