The scariest three words in all Princedom I lived through the Crystal Ball fiasco, despite still waiting for my special casette of The War. I stood in line for 8 hours at Prince's Paisley Park garage sale in 2000. I've suffered countless other headaches due to Prince. Tonight, I pre-ordered the two new albums (even though I hate most of the new material...I know, I know). The email confirmation thanking me for my order contained the three scariest words anyone can say in the context of Prince, his music, or his general operations:

well, the 3rdeyegirl.com customer service was pretty much ok. they actually replied and fixed some stuff for me. / now the other sites and operations he ran in the past, they really didn't have any actual customer service. they were just an exercise in masochism.

Not for me, I still did not receive the e-mail to download the 3rdEyeGirl track that I bought a year ago. I was charged for it, but could never get it. Neither an answer from 3rdEyeGirl customer service.
And yes, I checked the bulk mail folder.
No problem since today is so easy to get the music from other sources, but there's not a good customer service at 3rdEyeGirl. |
