It uses the basic synth hook from Traffic Jam, but that's about it, I believe.

For what it is (an edit) it's not bad.

Its actually a very strange case. The compilation that contained it is sold on legit sites such as Amazon (but they've had boots before) and according to Discogs it's an "unofficial" release, so I'd say bootleg and definitely unauthorized but somehow found its way to the legit market. I've included it on my discography just in case, with a notice saying that the legality is doubtful until further info is provided and I'd indeed love to have more infos. Of note is also the fact that the remix has definitely been made from the bootleg snippet and that the song isn't registered as ASCAP (but neither are some other songs prince officially released himself online lol ). So 99% chances it's totally UNlegit, with a small 1% chances that prince tacitely approved it as a courtesy to Mojo, admitting he was involved in the making of this compilation, something that's uncertain as well.

A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/
