Up there with his best, beautiful melody, instrumentation, vocals and lyrics... I just which the chorus said 'This is the future' instead of 'This is the future soul song'. It takes me out it a little for some reason. Hundalasiliah! |

The lyrics and sounds blend so perfectly, I just Excellent song! Put this one up there with Call My Name! The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

Sad that he stuck this great song on an album he gave away with a Foreign newspaper so that nobody in the States would ever play it except for the 10,000 or so diehards that bought it here or stole it, etc...He should have kept it on the shelf and made it one of those great songs to surround "The Breakdown" with. Hell, he should throw a new version of "Moonbeam Levels" on there too, and make the original version either a bonus track or just make an outtakes collection, but he obviously could care less, it seems. | |
