I'm personally horrified by this new but apparently a guy who is an entertainment anchor keeps saying on twitter that Beyonce will do 2 secret performances at the Grammys this year..one with her husband( that was basically already exposed by a commercial that cbs aired the other night but changed immediately the next day to keep this a secret as possible)..and the other performance with Prince..so she will be of course the queen of the night.. personally I'm tired of this lady and I'm not happy at all about this..but I wanted to let you know about this very possible thing..

no this guy was insinuating again this year..because he was talking about 2 performances one with her husband ( probably a medley of their songs together and the recent single)probably as opening of the show..and this one was already kinda exposed in a tv spot the other night that cbs made disappeared the next day for keeping this as secret as possible..and another one with Prince..but with what? another one of her new songs with Prince on guitar? her new songs don't even have a guitar most of the time:lol: ..

apparently it's a secret not even the other one performance with jay z has been confirmed by grammy.com yet..but they aired a commercial and the list of performers in the first hour included jay z and beyonce..but not Prince..I don't know that guy is the only information I got about a Prince appearance..

well it's gonna be a big year for Prince so this might just be true

Secret performance?...No way in hell the Grammys would keep ANY performance a secret and just blow off the promotional aspects.

Plus, the guy's tweet doesn't say the performances are secret:

Beyoncé will be doing two performances at the Grammy's. One with Prince and one with her hubby, Jay-Z

Also, I didn't see him "keep saying" this on twitter...I only saw one tweet by him mentioning it.

you're right about the fact that the grammys never had secret performances..but Beyonce lately likes to act like she's superior to anyone in the music business...and that commercial they aired last week that included beyonce and jay z as performers speaks volumes imo..they removed their names the next day to keep this a secret, creating mystery around this..

I agree about the real Queen :lol:imagine a givin' them what they love grammy performance ..but I really doubt that she will attend the Grammys this year after what happened with her nominations...I'm sure she's still mad( and I'm mad too)..I know she will be at the Grammy museum the night before the Grammy because Gucci asked her to present their new special watch...so she will be in town but I have a feeling she won't attend..

It is a surprise both that he'll be performing at the Grammy's and with Beyonce. And I also have to admit that Prince is the the Greatest Musician to hear and see perform anywhere, anytime, anyday. No comparison

Cindy May I agree Imagine "Givin Em What They Love" blasting through the air waves on that nite. The contrast would be so great that the audience would have to wonder why they're sitting through the rest of the show

Still tryin to figure that one about Janelle's nominations. She's so bright only Prince can dim her light

we don't know if it's true..I read more rumours the last days about madonna joining beyonce ( and jay z)..and her presence at the grammys was confirmed yesterday by the seating pictures..madonna, beyonce and jay z were all there..I guess we just need to wait and see at this point..

I just got told he was announced to be coming up... not sure in what capacity... i may not bother to tune in....

Seems that person was basing that on a 1 second clip of P and B from 04. so i am not holding my breath....they got all mad at me too! I asked "Did they SAY he was going to be on" "YES he is preforming with some lady...Beyonse I think.....the clip was real short..." I said "it is a LIVE show if it was a clip it was from 2004... DID the SAY he was on?" Now they are mad!

It's 2.45 am here in germany and I watch it live. But this show goes on for another three hours and I need some sleep. I really don't know if it's worth the wait.

Jay Z was the special guest. Was cute to see them both on stage. Too bad the song was lame.

Should have had Prince. The Beyonce/Jay Z performance was weak; they're so focused on being sexy and cool that the song suffers.

I really like Ringo Starr, but he cannot dance. It looks so awkward when he tries to. Very funny.

They announced Paul McCartney performing with a very special guest this hour. Could it be prince? I don't think so, but we'll see...
