Prince In Hawaii book question

I have a question about this item. I'm searching for this since I missed out on it in 2004. I've seen some on different sites that are "sealed," but my question is more about the cd single it came with. Does anyone remember if the cd single was included inside of the book? Or was it a bonus that just came with the book from the NPGMC?

The CD Single was part of the special hat box sold via the NPG Music Club.

There is no CD included in the book.

There is no CD included in the book.
