The JUN7 birthday promo of "Gett Off" - bootlegged 12"?

Is anyone aware of this promo with the Damn Near 10 Min mix having been bootlegged as a "fake" 12" promo? I know there are a few Prince rarities which have been counterfeited...

Large volumes of this still sealed began appearing in 2004/05, pretty sure they were bootlegs. Also, the MPLS CD single starting popping up in large numbers around the same time.
