Just heard it and its a catchy pop type song
The horns work well on this song and the background singers do too. Very interested to hear the studio version.... "We're taking this one to the street - think we aint?" [Edited 7/19/13 13:32pm] The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

Just heard the version from the second Montreux show. Faster and funkier. The first show version sounds a bit more passionate. I hope that is the template for the studio version, if there is one. For all time I am with you, you are with me. | |

I heard on the 2nd show in Montreux and was quite underwhelmed to be honest. I have tried again and listened to it another 4-5 times and no - it is still bland and boring. It could be the live arrangment of it, though.
When I first heard it I thought it was a cover, it just sounded like a Huey Lewis mid-eighties filler or something. Just a song. That being said I will the studio version a chance when/if it comes out.
