i think it's a mistake by the reporter. i've checked all setlists for this year on princevault and computer blue isn't on any of them. seriously hoping he will start playing it again in the near future because it would fit the setlist and be a great way to roar on the guitar

Now that, I don't understand. JWs live by the Bible don't they, and Hell is clearly written and spoken about therein, so I don't get how they don't believe in Hell if they believe in God and the Bible? | |

Well, Little Richard was a inspiration on Jimi Hendrix.
Although Prince has made bullshit denials of it because Prince wants to be viewed as original, the Jimi inspration on Prince has been pretty obvious to Jimi Hendrix fans, not only musically, theme, image, look, style. Hair, mustashe, clothes with frilly shirts.
Paisely flowery clothes.
Even a shirt with eyeballs on it.

It is one of the better interviews, kudos to the journalist for remembering so much without recording device or notebook. Quite observant and revealing actually about how he operates and thinks, confirms the stories about him inadvertently. Being such an obsessed musician, I am not surprised or fussed that he communicates in complicated ways. I sort of get him. The sun is him, the energy comes from him. The 3EG is his creation. To be creative he needs to disconnect from the mundane. Just hope he doesn't think of himself as sacred. The 3EG come across in interviews like a bunch of school girls, giggling. He is an attractive man who doesn't actually need any of these photo enhancements and heavy makeup. ...every night another symphony... | |

I don't like these heavily photoshopped pictures at all, they look too fake and overdone, almost makes them look like a Prince look-a-like rather than the man himself! (I'm not saying it's not really him, it just looks that way!) His face looks painted on! I prefer the "real" Prince. |

Really? Amazing how different people perceive this. For me this is a picture of an aging pop start trying too hard to fabricate a new image and scared of growing old, going through extreme make-up and photoshop work to cover it up. Like this elderly women that think they can still get away with dressing up like a 20 y/o. And the look on his face is so bland and empty. I would not be happy with such a portrait of myself.
