New live version The Ride

Just listening to the new version of The Ride as played in Denver on 12th May and it's fricken awesome. Anyone else feeling this one?

In fact this whole show is pretty awesome. Even the sampler set is good! I hope he brings this tour to the UK.

It's turned in to more of a traditional blues number, mainly because Donna's playing style is more conventional than Prince's.

The wooh is on the one!

You think that's awesome? Wait until you hear the performance of it, that he did on the 13th!!! Way more incredible, his guitar was on FIRE that 3rd show (8pm, May 13th)!!!

I haven't heard the version from the 12th, but I agree that the song was one of the highlights of the early show on the 13th.

The Census Bureau estimates that there are 2,518 American Indians and Alaska Natives currently living in the city of Long Beach.
