What will Prince do with Kobalt?

It seems as though this contract gives him all kinds of freedom. What will he do with it? Will each member of 3rdeyegirl get a solo album? Will Prince and Andy Allo do a duet album? Does Andy Allo have another solo album ready to drop? Will he release solo albums for members of the what could be the now defunct NPG (Elisa, Shelby or Liv or someone else)? What about an album by the new "hornheadz"? How about an album by his sister? Prince and Larry Graham on another duet cd (GCS2000 being the 1st, won't count Raise Up)? Does he now have the outlet to release "bootleg" music/video from this vault we hear so much about? What about Montreux? Is this how we get that oficially (I've already seen it though like most of you I'm sure)? What about projects with or from members of the Revolution? Or will he do what has to going through some of our minds- probably just the one album Plectrum Splectrum or whatever it is supposed to be, then end in a legal battle with Kobalt because he failed to deliver. Whoever guesses right gets a surprse biggrin. Should be fun to hear your thoughts.

1. Take a big lump sum up front

2. Ensure the release of the 3rdeyegirl CD by tying it's release (contractually or physically) to his own

3. Release a half-assed CD of catch-all toss off R&B-pop

4. Promote the 3rdeyegirl CD but not his, and do it far too early/late/in the wrong places

5. Shut down 3rdeyegirl website with a statement that all record companies are created by the Devil's chemtrails

6. And thus Kobalt will never be heard from again in the Prince camp, the end.

Not much I think.

Will each member of 3rdeyegirl get a solo album?

Unlikely.

Will Prince and Andy Allo do a duet album? Does Andy Allo have another solo album ready to drop?

She'll have one eventually, but whether it's with P or on her own we can't say.

Will he release solo albums for members of the what could be the now defunct NPG (Elisa, Shelby or Liv or someone else)?

Elisa has her own thing already. Shelby just created a label where she's supposed to release her first album. I dunno about Liv's plans.

What about an album by the new "hornheadz"?

Who? The new horn section? Gimme a break!

How about an album by his sister?

U don't seem to be aware of Prince's situation with his family. Every man for himself, he won't help.

Prince and Larry Graham on another duet cd (GCS2000 being the 1st, won't count Raise Up)?

I was surprised they didn't already do it but it seems Larry's not interested.

Does he now have the outlet to release "bootleg" music/video from this vault we hear so much about? What about Montreux? Is this how we get that oficially (I've already seen it though like most of you I'm sure)?

He could have opened the vault years ago, he didn't, he can still do it but Kobalt won't be a factor I think.

What about projects with or from members of the Revolution?

He made it clear to them that he wasn't interested.

Or will he do what has to going through some of our minds- probably just the one album Plectrum Splectrum or whatever it is supposed to be, then end in a legal battle with Kobalt because he failed to deliver.

There's gonna be one or 2 projects with them, then he'll move on as he always do, I don't believe this can last more than a year or 2.

Whoever guesses right gets a surprse biggrin. Should be fun to hear your thoughts.

U just did.

But he hasnt done much in my eyes!

he will release the 3rd eye girl cd and this wont be a hit so he will leave soon... maybe shelby j. will get a worldwide release to - after that it will be over...

just my predictions, not positiv at all i know, but we have seen all that more than once

Hmmm.

He'll release a an underwhelming album that neither appeals to the youth of America, nor to the greater general public wolrdwide (if this goes worldwide).

3 months later, he'll ignore his obligations to Kobalt.

2 years later, they will sue him.

We'll talk about it for a while, but he'll sue another fan or something to get our minds off of it. Once the dust settles Kobalt will move on, if they survive the relationship, and Prince will be asked to pay backtaxes on something.

Andy will be crying silent tears when Prince's new girlfriend proves to be a 17 year old dancer from Russia.

I heard it from a decent source that he might now be willing to help his sister if she can provide what he considers a quality project.
