The deal with Target with Lotus Flower kept the CD on the Billboard charts for over a year with no radio airplay. In addtion, this latest incident is not a lawsuit it is a take down notice which if you look on YOUTUBE there are plenty by other copyright holders. You may not care for his actions but why is it okay to make up stuff that is not true or repeat something you read on the net with no facts.
