I think 'Poom Poom' is a stone cold motherfucking groove, does that count?

Love that nutty song. Don't know why but I so love it.

I have a few more.

I like the new version of Extralovable more than the original. Not just cause it doesn't have all that disturbing rape stuff, but all around its a better tune imo.

I make a complete fool out of myself everytime I listen to Da Bang. I love my everlovin mind...in my car, while, running, in public, private...I get like a crazy MFr.

OK, here goes:

I'm not a fan of Prince on drums.

I understand that Prince is a great drummer. His sense of timing (first 4 tracks on 'Parade'), his technical abilities (777-9311), his innovative mix of live drums and drum computers (Lady Cab Driver), his influence on drummers such as ?uestlove - all are testament to his legacy as a drummer.

But when I hear him play - live or in the studio - it just leaves me a bit underwhelmed.

And... I think he agrees. (Is there any other instrument - besides horns - that he's delegated so frequently to others on his own records?)

I had to admit to myself today that "Dance With The Devil" sort of sucks.

I abhor "Purple Rain", the song.

I don't see what the big hubbub around the The Gold Experience is about.

I'm of the mind that his brilliant '80's output was just a fluke, and his subsequent "less than" (IMHO) material is starting to outweigh and overshadow said brilliance.

I love, Love, LOVE Under The Cherry Moon as a movie. (It's in my top ten of all time flicks.)

I didn't know the word brazilian was so common to refer to a form of waxing. I knew it existed, but not that the word would be immediately read as this. Like french for french fries maybe? Similarly, in Portuguese, the word Espanhola (Spanish) can also mean a form of sex in which the penis is inserted between the woman's tits.

Anyway, now i get the joke! lol

wink

Is there a name for the fantastic genital jewel piece Prince wore with this outfit? It represents a scandalous-sexy-suit design for a what could be the Prince Waxing.

It's a chain around his waist with some charms on it. You can't see the whole thing because it's partially obscured by his outfit.

SirLancelot

* I loathe Purple Rain (song).

* After the Blenheim Palace fiasco, I stopped listening to Prince altogether.

* I started listening to Prince again around the time Lotusflow3r came out.

* After the Lotusflow3r fiasco, the only time I will fork over money for anything Price-related is when he's playing in my town and I can put the ticket purchase on my credit card (for quick and easy refunds).

* I was at the Bagley's Warehouse gig and Prince checked me out when he came on stage. I hope to show this to my kids one day.

* My username is a mishear from Head. I only found out that I was mistaken a couple of years ago, and I've been listening to that song for a long time...

I was Sir Lancelot, I didn't want you to be misled.
