Boatloads of people did not get their shirts.

Did this happen more to overseas (as seen from the USA) people?

The easiest tactic to end or settle this lawsuit:

Issue a notice for Prince's deposition.

Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Props will be withheld until the showing and proving has commenced. -- Aaron McGruder

I give it about 30 minutes before some orger starts crying about $77 & a tee shirt.

And if they do are they wrong? The reality is people did pay their hard earned money and did not get what was promised to them. Should Prince be excused from holding up his end of the bargain because he's Prince? Surely he doesn't want someone taking money from him (and rightfully so). Let's be clear. $116K is probably to Prince what $77 is to the average working person. This may just be karma.

Now, you know that's how some of his fans think, right? lol

No, that might be how it is.

He's incapable of running a proper business by himself.

At some point stuff will go bad, way sooner than in other peoples' businesses.

And now mr P has some 'misunderstanding' with another party about (relatively) a similar sum.

The tables have turned a bit...

The website updates ground to a halt after while.

And the t-shirt never arrived.

Same as the Crystall Ball fiasco. (shipping stuff in quantities is nothing for mr Prince)

Did you see the 2011 show in Cologne, Germany?

Look up the threads about what happened there.

That clearly showed that the still has issues, at least every now and then.

And yes, I also was in Gent, Belgium in 2011 as well as all three North Sea Jazz shows. Those were different shows.

So it can depend quite a bit...

After reading that Vault PDF thread I was amazed at how theives hate being stolen from. So many hold Prince to being this ultimate human being incapable of any flaw or defect while they are comfortable being base individuals with questionable ethics. Neither is right and neither is wrong but some are hypocrites.

When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

Yup. But Prince is a hypocrite too. He "stole" as well. Like most of us here.

It really would be best if we would all stop viewing and calling eachother "thieves", "haters", "asskissers" etc. That just makes things so much more complicated and negative.

This is "the information age" we are living in. "Information", whether it's just your opinion or a valuable piece of music, or a book... All that is "free" as soon as you "release" it...

On the flipside, "information" will dry out, become more expensive or of less quality once there is no viable chance of a "return of investment", nor any appreciation.

So we best all be more friendly towards eachother.

That's my point exactly. We as fans are no more "morally elevated" than Prince and Prince as a musician is no more than us. We're all human. We're all capable of good/bad to varying degrees. I don't hold anyone to a higher expectation of what I myself am capable of. Especially not an individual I only know through song.

Yeah but you called some folks "thieves" too just there: "I was amazed at how thieves hate being stolen from"...

My point is we all need eachother, but calling eachother all these names creates conflict, which is counterproductive, for all of us.

That's probably one reason why there was a judgement to begin with...he wouldn't or couldn't appear for a depo or at trial. That would have resulted in a default.

But if he's correct that the judgement was subsequently vacated, they shouldn't have garnished his account though.

These are collection law firms that buy cases and judgements from other firms to recovery the money but since they weren't involved in the original case their info is incomplete. I've had several of these where I had to return the garnishment back to the firm because there was no judgement on record.

The error should have been caught before the garnishment was issued.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

I miss LotusFlow3r.com & the excitement it was when it launched. Trying to figure out the code. Then getting through to the maze to figure out how to purchase tickets to his mega "MasterPiece" three shows in one night gigs. Then figuring out how to get to the Tonight Show gigs.It was a classic Prince Purple mystery. Then the added bonus a free LotusFlow3r T-Shirt wow!. I couldn't contain my excitement.I was about to go into cardiac arrest. It was like being a kid at Xmas time figuring out one of my new electronic games i got...I LOVED IT. A lot of peeps we're mad about the code. I thought it was genius.

I would do it all over again....
