Singing Prince Lyrics

We all know that Prince sings some tricky worded verses with lickety-split speed and tongue tying lyrics...and we all do our best to sing along with him when playing those songs. Which song's or songs' lyrics have you still not mastered, no matter how many times you've tried?

Ever since 1995, I've been trying to sing his "lyrical speaking" part from "Endorphinmachine" with very little success. I'll get through "Hold up/Wait a minute" and then stumble though "Ain't no good/Unless somebody else is in it" (almost a little too fast for me), but once I barely make it to "Unless, of course, you're feeling like a punk and take the bank" it's all over for me. I've never been able to sing the remaining part after that (even with the lyrics in front of me), and there's still a horrible meltdown when I try.

(on the plus side, I can sing along with "Now" flawlessly biggrin )

It's called "practice".

Don't ask Allen Iverson about it, LOL.

I can't be included in the "we all do our best to sing along with him" statement since I can't sing zipped

"Now" is also about the only one I have even ever attempted.

Janelle Monae also can pull off thee "lickety-split speed and tongue tying lyrics" style, ie., tightrope nod

I tip on alligators and little rattle snakers, But I'm another flavor Something like a terminator headbang

I heart these Lickey-split, tongue tying lyrics are think that they're Big enhancers to the sound cool
