With Purple & Gold, No Candy for U and Sticky like Glue all recorded within the same time frame, it sounds like he was on a roll. Truly atrocious.

It might have been better used as an encore song at the end of a 3 hour concert, and the studio version never released... it would be a good song to close on a positive note.

There are songs he's done in concert yet never released studio versions, would like to hear some of those songs released.

There are worse songs he's released, as Spinlight shows (although I wouldn't include Sticky Like Glue or Batdance on the list).

He's written some clunkers, no doubt, but relatively few for the mass of great songs he's put out there.

But its a song thats almost so bad it's good and like evryone else has said, it has that early 80's sound to it, which is a bonus....it could easily pass for a Jedward song but still enjoyable nonetheless.... I can say I've listened to it more than a few times.

I dig "Batdance" quite a bit, it is probably the song most responsible for me becoming a fan, but I am curious in what ways do you believe it to be "immensely complex?" It does have several distinct sections but taken separately they are all fairly simple.

What U people don't understand is that Purple and Gold is not an album release and I don't think it is released with fans in mind, the audience is different for this. I mean it is even not a song per se!

We March is probably another crap song, but it still has solid vocals. Everybody Loves Me...is just nonsense. I am still not sure if this is on the album or if this is a joke?! It's embarassing to know he released nonsense like this. I would wanna see reaction of people that aren't Prince fans.

Jughead and 3 Chains of Gold are fine, not the best but acceptable!

And U know he really sings " woop the woop shake it! Nothing to it but to do it, everbody loves me, me, me, me. Everybody get free".... He must have been on drugs, this is even not funny! It's like a Muppet Show, maybe he had other intentions for this, then decided to put it on the album, since it was a free giveaway!

Look, the absolute truth is that with a large to sometimes-massive fan base, there is no such thing as "The Worst Song He Ever Released". This is true for any popular artist.

I promise you that there is not a Prince song you can find that you also couldn't find someone who likes it better than any other Prince song.

I promise you that someone likes "Wedding Feast" best of all. Someone likes "Jughead" best of all. Someone likes "Sister' best of all.

If I were Prince, this is all I'd focus on. And I'm sure that is how he sees it.

I never thought Everybody Loves Me was that bad. It is kind of a tongue in cheek song..not any worse than Ronne Talk to Russia or many others. I always thought it was ok and kind of fun.

Arms of Orion is the worst of all time by ANY artist.

It's definitely in the bottom 10, along with the 1 U wanna C, Lion of Judah, Until U're in my Arms Again, 4Ever, Hot Summer and Purple and Gold.

It is not his best song, but it is far from the worst in my opinion. It has that Controversy/1999 era feel to it, and the music is quite entertaining. There are far more and far better candidates for worst Prince song!
