On the circulating version of "Lisa" you hear the vocal tag of the preceeding song just before it segues.

Two questions: what is that song, and was "Lisa" actually sequenced onto an album?

I believe that's just an elaborate intro...not the tail end of another song. Don't know if it was ever intended for an album, but it was about Lisa Coleman who had recently joined the band. (May have been for Dirty Mind but probably not intended for release).
