I love the fact that Prince loves vanilla soymilk because I do too - even before I found out he did.

You can't get Cap'n Crunch in New Zealand, but if you could .. I'd be so on that shit.

You know I would have, if you get it here (The Captain Crunch, not the Soy Milk which is popular here)

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

i'm lactose intollerant and even more casseine intollerant (which is also in milk/cheese etc)

so i was already drinking soy milk by the time emancipation was released.

we don't have captain crunch here but i used to have the equivalent for breakfast, with my

soy milk. it was kinda funny to hear that prince mentioned the same.

i'm glad soy milk became so popular because it was so damn expensive in those days and

there was like no variety, at all. now there's all these different flavors, brands, and there's

everything from yoghurt soy to whipped cream soy etc etc.

and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Yeah - soy milk is not so good for the men. It decreases your swimmers, so I've read. Almond milk, on the other hand.. yum! And you can get it in chocolate, vanilla or plain. Give it a try.

No it ain't. Although I prefer almond milk and hemp milk. Fuck that cow's milk shit, that shit is for calves and calves only. Full of blood, pus, and stinking of the dairy industries lies. The pasteurisation process KILLS the enzymes that the human body needs to process the calcium. So as a result, cows milk is a terrible source of calcium, the complete opposite of what they want you to believe.

Hence:

USA - more drinkers of cows milk than anywhere else = highest levels of osteoporosis

China/Japan - almost NO consumption of cows milk (soy, and soy milk are extremely common in their diet = and there's almost NO osteoporosis.

Not a coincidence.

Interesting that you can't debunk it but just pass it off as "bullshit". I suspect a lack of evidence for your argument would be the reason why.

It's not bad for you at all. Don't fall for the dairy industries lies, they have been exposed MANY times of straight up making up lies about soy, funding anti-soy "studies" and what not.

Aside from all that, a child can see that consuming anything made from a fluid designed for an entirely different species is straight up crazy and not good for humans in the least.

OK, whatever you say. wink

I have yet to see a single piece of evidence that cows milk is anything less than poison for humans. Which as well as being true, is logical, given that it's entire existence is built to nurture the young of animal that we have absolutely nothing in common with.

Personal experience? My health improved tenfold since I went vegan, I'm the healthiest I've ever been in my entire life, I'm at an absolutely ideal BMI, and I rarely get sick.

In my dairy consuming days I was packing on the pounds (unsurprisingly given the high fat content of dairy), unhealthy, and I got sick a more than a few times a year.

Nothing else changed in my diet.

Anyway, everything in the link I provided is true, verifiable, backed up with studies and facts. As well as Dr. Kradjian's work, Roger Mason's is worth reading:

Women who drink milk and eat dairy products can expect to get breast cancer, while men who do this can expect prostate cancer. This is on top of other cancers, diabetes, arthritis, allergies, heart and artery problems, obesity, premature death and a whole laundry list of diseases. If you want more scientific proof of this please go to a medical library and look up the following: Cancer Research v. 39 (1979) British Journal of Cancer v. 24 (1970) and v. 49 (1984) Journal of the National Cancer Institute v. 77 (1986) and v. 81 (1989) European Journal of Clinical Nutrition v. 47 supp ((1993) (two studies) American Journal of Clinical Nutrition v. 31 (1978) International Journal of Cancer v. 48 (1991) and v. 46 (1990) Oncology v. 43 (1986).

The more dairy you consume the more cancer you are going to get. That's a fact.

Sure aint. I used to work at a holistic grocery store and the Dr. that owned it made it a point to inform the workers and the customers that soy milk is terrible for you. I wish I had the studies, but I threw those papers away a long time ago. The heck wit' it. wink

I would simply ask, If milk is poison, then what the heck am I doing walking around? I've been drinking it since I was a kid - and am one of the healthiest people you'll meet. I'm 50 years old and have absolutely no - and I mean no - health issues of any kind. Hell, I haven't even had a cavity since I was 13.

And my B-12 levels are great - which is why I do not have the tendency toward irrational anger that characterizes the posts of so many militant vegetarians.

The great thing about the veggies inhaling soy all the time, though, is that the chances are lower that they'll actually be able to reproduce.

Shit, people have been drinking animal milk for thousands of years, there ain't nothin' wrong with it. Soy, though it's been around for a while, is a relatively new fad.
