MEET LEGENDARY SINGER PRINCE'S NEW GIRLFRIEND . . . SHE'S BEAUTIFUL . . . FLEXIBLE . . . AND BLACK!! (HIS FIRST SISTA SINCE SHEILA E)

















February 16, 2011. MediaTakeOut.com learned that pop superstar Prince showed up to the Essence: Black Women in Music with the beautiful Misty Copeland on his arm. She’s a dancer at the American Ballet Theater in New York. She also recently joined his tour.

I believe she is part Black through her mother's side, where I've read her mother is of Creole heritage (French/Black) and her father is Mexican American. I don't think too many fans are aware of that.

The article doesn't say anything about the Black women Prince has worked with since Sheila E. It said, "...girlfriend..." Though that's still factually inaccurate. wink

Yeah - I'd say this "journalist" took a big leap from the 2 of them working together and attending a work-related event together...to being in a relationship.

If that is the case, then I'd have a stack of boyfriends, too! And dammit none of them gave me a valentine!

Although - the Misty rumor has been going around the org for a while now, so it must be true, right?

Prince is hot and all that - the stuff of dreams, even - but if it's true I'm kinda like, "Huh, Misty?" because there's a lot of hot male ballet dancers.

She should've gotten to Benjamin Millipied before Natalie Portman did lol ; or asked out Ethan Stiefel...or Sascha Radetsky *hears harps*.

Although, now that I think about it....I think those two are married...

Ok, we all know that the media is all about speculations. And I agree with several of the post above that mentioned how factually flawed this article is. Whoever Prince is with is whoever he is with. So what. She is a pretty girl and she does favor Mayte. Ok, I can see them as a couple, but seeing them together doesn't make them a couple. In spite of everything and everyone, he is entitled to keep his private life...private.
