I love 20Ten Because... (I hate it?)

Well, I can't hold your hand through all these threads...

Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

Of the tracks Beginning Endlessly and Laydown and Lavaux. The rest is alright, but these few songs make this an instant classic. One of Prince's best albums.

So far I'm not strongly moved in either direction. We shall see.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

I have to admit, this is the first time I actually put on some headphones to have a "first listen" to an album and I'm really lovin' this album. My man P has not lost a step. Beautiful, just beautiful ...

"Compassion", "Beginning Endlessly", "Future Soul Song", the first half of "Sticky Like Glue" and the music of "Lavaux", "Act of God" and "Laydown" shows what Prince can do if he really turned it up. Of course there's gonna be a lot of things that dampen what could've been a great album. It's OK at best.

This CD is GREAT. There are only songs that I can see myself skipping in the future are Sea of Everything and maybe Walk in Sand at times but I really like that one. With that said, even those aren't bad at all. I was ready to hate on Everybody Loves Me and it is silly but I didn't cringe and before I knew it, I was actually bopping along with the song and singing the "Everybody Loves Meeeeeeeeee" part while laughing out loud. lol I thought Laydown was going to suck but I loved it too. Out of 10 on first listen, I'd give it 8/10. Another great Prince record that I am definately enjoying and I look forward to buying the CD when it hits the stores.

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

I must admit, I am actually impressed with this CD. Easily his best work since 3121!

Good old fashion Prince, doing what he does best... can someone say 'chicken grease?'

...it's his best collection of songs since The Gold Experience. Prior to Gold, it's the best since Lovesexy. Truth.

It's solid from end to end with all the wide ranges of Prince signature sounds and vocal prowess packaged perfectly within each excellent crafted song.

A Classic CD(finally)

I'm feeling the love right now for this. You know why?

He doesn't sound like he is trying too hard.

It's a bit throwaway which makes it much more interesting.

Also it has a sound, simple and almost amaturish but cool.

Casio on a plastic beach.

biggrin

(I put this in the wrong thread originally because Mars23 did the love it because I hate it thing.

Fantastic, love it. His best since Lotusflow3r lol.

Lotus is in my top 5, and this could be in the vicinity. The true test is if I'm still listening to it 1 year later.

It's definitely better than MPLSound and I did really like that. If this and Lotus had been released as a 2 disc set, then for me it could have probably gone down as his best release ever. I'll enjoy the roll while it continues. biggrin

I love it. I love how the rhythm guitar is so clear in these tracks.

the album serves rhythm guitar on a silver platter.

This album is brilliant, but please get rid of 'everybody love me'!!

Only on the 2nd listen so don't wanna give a full review yet... But absolutely love it!
