Who would u have picked 2 induct Prince in2 the RRHOF

I was just watching the Musicology concert. Alicia Keys opening speech from the RRHOF prompted me 2 start this thread.
If u could have picked someone 2 induct Prince in2 the RRHOF, who would have been your choice and why. I like Alicia Keys and her love 4 him. With her being a musician, sexy, and a good performer I can see why he choose her. I thought she was a great choice and her speech was outstanding. Now Outcast as a group is a different story, I thought André 3000 was a good choice, but Big Boy, no.
A few other choices:
Steve Wonders
Al Green
Shelia E
Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis
Herbie Hancock
Wendy and Lisa

I never saw the show...I like Alicia Keys.

I would choose someone older than Prince personally. Someone that is already in the Rock Hall...Someone that Prince admires.

I guess Jimi Hendrix would be the ultimate choice...Anyone else is fine. cool

Jam and Lewis with Michael Jackson giving the introduction. Why not?

I thought what was chosen was poor, most of us know more about Prince then those clowns.

THANK YOU FOR ASKING THIS!! I swear I was just thinking the other day how pissed off I was to see Andre and Big Boi inducting him! I know they had to be hip so picked the hottest rappers out at the time but you could tell Prince didn't have the same meaning to them that he did to Alicia Keys!!!

If you watch the show there is a clip of Lenny in the crowd and I am sure he was thinking just like I was "Hey why the hell aren't I inducting Prince into the Hall of Fame" I mean I think he would have been way more passionate and respectful and not done his speech "Off the Dome" as Big Boi did.

I mean I don't know he deserved bigger and better than what he got out of them.

THE CARDINAL HAS SPOKEN!!!
