Just heard a rumour (someone text me) that Danyl will be singing Purple Rain on Saturday.

Glad someone with a bit of talent will be having a go.

Only a rumour. But will give him my vote if he pulls it off.

Is this that the black guy we saw in a video on here recently, where he was sitting at a piano and singing "Purple Rain"? Because that SUCKED.

That song should NEVER. BE. COVERED.

I'm not convinced.
He can belt it out, yes, but some parts of some songs do not require the belting.

I agree with Miss Daniiiii, though.
He should've had some balls and left the the words as "best MAN I've ever known", baring in mind he's gone to great lengths to tell us how proud of being bisexual he is.

well, although primarily a singing competition the title of the show suggests that likeability is a...factor.
He hasn't got that...no discernible personality at all as far as I can see.
He did give 'mock humble' a go last week, I noticed, but failed.

I'm just seeing weak verses and overkill choruses.
