something in the water vs computer blue 'Something in the Water(Does Not Compute)' and 'Computer Blue' are two of his coldest yet most interesting songs IMO. I love both tracks but I'd have to give the edge to 'Computer Blue' because of its melodic guitar solo and interesting lead into the bridge . Which do you prefer and why? What about the live versions?

I don't think either of them is cold! I love both - maybe Computer Blue has the slight edge. Both songs are amazing! I'm a creep and you're a weirdo...

This is an interesting question because they have a similar mood. Two different songs that are both about "The Love that is being found," just isn't quite right.

Love them both! However, "Something In The Water" is one of my favorite songs, I prefer it over "Computer Blue".

Neither song slapped me in the face upon first spin of their respective albums, but both have become favorites over the years.

for me Computer Blue is a 10, especially hearing the story behind the creation, something become even more common during those years for Prince.
