actually after listening to both emancipation and NPS lately,

apparently most of Emancipation, and also GOLD and SYMBOL,
were inspired by mayte. If i remember correctly also THE ONE from NPS.

Prince writes about his fantasies about women most of the time doesn't he? I think it's personal confession that's like a mask.

I Love everything regardless of Prince's point of reference at the time, however when you think of songs like...."And God Created Woman," and "The Most Beautiful Girl in the world," These songs in an immortal way give admiration to women in general.

With certain songs like, "The Greatest Romance," there seems to be a girl Prince loves very deeply at the core of the song.
