Speaking of Chris Rock, I caught a rerun of "Everybody Loves Chris" this week where Chris and his buddy Greg are reciting lines from famous movies o' the day back and forth. Greg brings up "Purple Rain," and Chris does his best Morris Day - "Why don't you stay awhile, see hawizzdunn." So funny! I don't think I've ever heard somebody quote that particular line from the movie before.

Prince reference or not, I gotta see this film. It's a must!

Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.

Wasn't this mentioned already? Not sure. Anyway, Chris Rock has been getting a lot of press for the film. He's already been on Oprah about it, and other shows too. As far as I've seen, there's just the one quick reference to Prince, saying a vat of hair perm cream would last Prince a week. It's over as quickly as it begins.
