Who still hasn't gotten their ONAL yet as of 1/7/03???? although I still don't have it, Lori told me that they were shippig it again. That was on 1/2/03. NPGMC@npgmusicclub.com, not gage, gave me the trkng number and the UPS site said that gage got it back as undeliverable waaay back on 12/17/02. that's FUCKING rediculous!!! I was emailing them about this repeatedly AFTER the 17...they ddn't know where it was though??? waht r they doing over there all day...fucking each other to stay warm??? I was told on the 2nd that they were re-shipping it to my new address, but have yet to recieve it. The story keeps getting better for me!
Firstly, I signed in March, missing the initial mailing of ONA. And as yet, I still haven't received anything for my 2002 membership. As for the delivery, I've corresponded with both Archway and NPGMC, and have lost track about which email is from who... * early December, I email requesting the company used to send the parcel and a tracking number * December 25, I receive an email saying delivery failed, please contact FedEx (NO tracking number given!) I call FedEx and they can not find any details based on my name and address. I email requesting the tracking number. * December 27, I get a tracking number. I check the number on the Web, to find it marked as in Singapore from December 12, marked as undeliverable, and returned to sender on December 26. I call FedEx to find that the postal code is completely wrong! I have maintained the same address with NPGMC for two years, and there is no possibility of them getting that postal code from me. * I contact NPGMC and am told that they will get the package soon * I receive an email responding to my very first request for a tracking number, giving me a different tracking number again. I check FedEx and the package is marked as successfully delivered in the UK!! * I respond and point out that they are in a bit of a muddle, and to please resolve this situation. What are they doing over there?! If anybody wants to run an effective business, then take a few lessons from NPGMC and do everything in the opposite way. alright ben...U got me...that story beats mine. I hope they weren't lying to mee though and that it is actually on the way. They could honestly take their time though. Cuz in the meantime I had taken a trip to see my brother. He happens to be in the club and had gotten his copy. So I burne it off him. NPGMC can take me to jail if they want or revoke my membership for stealing. I don't care. | |

I got Star Trek: The Next Generation Seasons 1-7 on DVD.
Expensive but well worth it. Too bad Prince was never in a Star Trek episode, even if it was as an alien musician, without any spoken parts. | |

Lori promised me that they were shipping out a new one because mine went to a wrong address...this was DECEMBER 19! NO box set as of TODAY! npg keeps saying email archway! I have sent Lori 3 emails (very polite ones) and no response! I better see something this week... | |

I still haven't gotten mine either (in Toronto). Lori told me twice that it shipped on Dec. 10, but doesn't have a tracking number for it. That was almost a month ago... So I'm skeptical that I'll actually get it now. I'll give it a couple more weeks... And then... I don't know. I'll e-mail Lori again, I guess.

I got mine on December 30th. They had tried to deliver it to Thailand but unfortunately decided not to pay any attention to anything other than the street name and Bangkok on my address so they didn't get far. NPGMC then ordered it to be destroyed.
After Lori told me they would ship another one it promptly arrive here in England where I am now about 3 days later. | |
