I wish Prince made a better video for Alphabet St.

I remember reading a story about this once... about how he decided to shoot the video on the spur of the moment and how his manager had to find a director for the shoot with about eight hours notice or something crazy like that.

The finished product is ridiculously shoddy - it's a shame he never made a decent video for it.

What do you think he should've done for this video?

I like it. Well, compared to some of his other stuff. The Sign O The Times promo was seriously low budget. Even the CGI wankathon video for Chocolate Box doesn't hold my attention like Alphabet St. It's always fun to find the messages in it like "Don't buy the Black Album", too.
