Is this Holy river promo single valuable?

Is it worth to add to my collection (it costs 3€)? Seller claims it's "rare promo single"..but the tracklist is nothing special..

Don't know how "rare" it is. I've got one of those and if I recall, the shop had a couple when I bought it.

This one isn't too rare -- it's the one w/ all the remixes, including the facedown remixes that is something!

All promos are relatively rare due to their limited pressings. So adding "rare" to the description can't be considered misleading for a legitimate promotional disc. At that price, it seems fair. I generally don't collect promos that don't have previously unavailable tracks.
