Are these collectables???

The top disc is the commercial release and botton disc is the WB "promotional" picture disc copy. I've been hanging on to both copies, just in case, but never asked.

Yes. Promos are by their very nature collectible. They are limited run, and if they have special artwork and/or different configurations/tracks, you have a nice thing to hang onto.
