Brilliant song! So bittersweet, quirky, clever and interesting. The vocal arrangement, instrumentation, lyrics and baroque mood are incredible. I wish he would do more of these ditties.

 I agree. The Truth is an underrated Prince album. In fact, few people realize that Prince has released peculiar and unusual records like: The Truth One Nite Alone Xpectation These are the products that should reach a wider range of audience. | |
