I don't want you here...lett me want you here..I WANT YOU HERE 
He knows all of these people, and has been on public stages over 30 years now. I know he doesn't lack confidence in his ability to talk (well, I've always assumed he doesn't), but he never knows what to do with his hands when he's presenting a speech behind a podium these days. It makes him appear as if he's always unsure about what he wants to say. He should just stand still with both hands behind his back or clasped together in front like he used to.
