What's in your opinion the worst piece of lyrics by Prince and why? In my opinion it's lyrics to "Future baby mama". Just silly..Mama/Drama? What? This is by the man who wrote Sign O The Times?

Always HATED the lyrics to "Get Yo Groove On"...it's possible that he's written lazier, more uninspired crap but for whatever reason it doesn't repel me like this song!

Do U Lie. Just fluff beyond belief. Should have never been recorded or put on an album.

I can pick something good that appeals to me from every lyrics he has ever written, but I'm not so fond of his changing some of the older lyrics and stuff like that (The Christ anyone? Or not performing certain songs because he doesn't allow himself to do so anymore?), but overall I can identify a lot with what he writes, even if it wasn't mean the exact same way originally, so I'd call him a good poet for my part.

its the reason i love the song so much - an edge of sheer darkness at the end of such a cute tune (tho the 'come bach just to haunt you physically' lyric kind of gives that impression earlier in the song too)
