Emancipation vote-off, round SIX

Okay, my eyes and my heart hurts... Seeing song of those songs go and having to vote off some myself really hurts. It's getting difficult. In round five we voted out: Get Yo Groove On (7 votes [altogether 20]), La, La, La Means I Love U (7 votes [altogether 20]) and White Mansion (7 votes [altogether 18]).

So weird an album is Emancipation. It totally divides the org on favorites. Most controversial album in his catalog in this sense. No wonder it was hard to promote. The songs he performed on the Oprah show were such strange choices to me. Also, the singles for this album were such odd choices. Love the album though! lol

Betcha By Golly Wow is a pointless remake

I Can't Make You Love Me is a pointless remake that borders on sacrilege: Prince took the moving themes of that song and turned it into a generic Prince ballad complete with moans and pleading. Terrible.
