Why is Prince quiet all of a sudden after the release of his albums? After 3 Leno shows and 3 shows at Nokia, no word from him since. Is he done promoting the album? "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."

well lets see, his lotusflow3r site has a tickets section that says to check back for future ticket opportunities for upcoming shows. seeing as Prince is always making music or rehearsing with his fellow musicians perhaps a tour is in the works. So he maybe quiet to all of us here in TV Land but the ground might be shakin at 77 Beverly Park or Paisley Park. | |

maybe he has already finished the next album and is planning the lotus tour. by the end of the tour he will have finished the next album and the album he finished before the tour started will be officially released.

But doesn't he have a publicist? He should at least booked more appearances on other shows like Regis and Kelly, Good Morning America or even American Idol. He has the momentum going, he should continue the high profile. "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."

it doesn't happen that way anymore, does it.  Dollars to donuts, he's already lost interest in the set. I remember looking at the tracklists for the 02 shows, and thinking how little of Planet Earth stuff he played. He did play "Planet Earth" once, "Guitar" a few times, and maybe "I'm The 1 U Wanna C", but 21 dates, and so LITTLE attention paid to your latest album is just insane. Ernest L Sewell, IV
