LOVE to HATE? HATE to LOVE? I have to confess...."Here" I hated, but now it's become one of the new favourites.

alot of the slower tracks on both albums, I have grown to like. I still can't like valentina tho.

Unrelated but I did not like rainbow children, but I really like it now. I love that prince has so much material that you can always discover new things Anyone who asked me about MPLSOUND the day I listened to it, heard me say that the slow songs were like prince on auto-pilot. The more I listened the fresher those songs sounded. So even if you're an experience Prince fan, sometimes you can't predict which songs are strong. I think that's true -- Prince has so much music that it grows on you when you return to it a year later.... he's the only artist I listen to almost consistently all year. | |

'Here' was a surprise for me its simply beautiful  Dance for me is as "instant" as it gets with Prince. Here - I think it's awesome when a song like that hits you out of nowhere. | |

I love the music, yet Prince can play with lyrics just enough to irritate the side of you that is easily teased.
