It would help us more if we knew what the plaque says underneath. I don't recognize what era its from but I'm sure its an 80's era shirt. Where did she take the picture? EXPENSIVE SHIT | |

it looks like the shirt that was thrown to the audience during the show in detroit on 7th june 1986, but i would imagine he would have several outfits the same, and that specific shirt was donated to something like the hard rock cafe, which is a likely place your daughter would end on a trip to america and come across such an item
