Man that joint was off the damn chain!!!! Prince had the guitar singing and wailing tonight!!!! I already loved "Dreamer" but I love it even more after this performance. Plus seeing Michael B and Sonny with P again, that was bound to be FIRE and it was! Incredible performance tonight! I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". Dude ripped it...Hardcore Prince fans gotta dig the guitar shredding...
On the real, I can understand the beefs some folks had with dude's 1st performance on Leno (Ol School Company)...it seemed unfocused--everything from the background singers to the translation of the orginal groove from the album (it doesn't work live WITHOUT the Linn drums and slower, grittier pace)...As someone said, it came off as that "Oprah funk" instead of the MPLSsound.... But "Dreamer" translated perfectly live.... I can honestly say folks complaining about that performance are just piling on... | |

I can't believe my bad luck on this one! I stayed up through all of Leno to watch the performance, and guess what...? The local news broke in with a weather alert less than 30 seconds into it!! 
Didn't return to regular TV until Fallon was on. Booooo! This sucks, I guess I'll look it up on the web 2morrow. I'm glad to hear that he kicked ass on there. Good night. | |

I still can't get over tonights performance. It was definately better than last nights and I enjoyed that one. This was a grand slam home run in every shape and form with this one!  I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
