Can anyone explain the Come On video?

What's with the old guy? What does that have to do with the songs lyrics? Two lesbians has nothing to do with Prince fucking with people in a park. I also heard that he really pissed off some people in the park.. Wonder how long he stayed there? Did they know it was Prince...any info?

it was shot on 27th august 1998 in london, with the live footage at cafe de paris and the park scenes at hyde park. it was shot early in the day and they didn't take long to shoot as prince was at cafe de paris at about 1pm to start soundchecking

prince turned up at the esquire awards in london dressed as the old man. as to why, god knows

didn't he accept an award in that disguise as well? perhaps he was affraid
to be recognised at that time. scared that people would throw their copies
of "new power soul" at him

don't know what was up with the old man disguise. perhaps just some fun.

There were rumours at the time, that we was handing out £50 notes to the homeless while he was dressed up as the old man. Not sure how true that was mind.

I'm hot and I don't care who knows it...I got a job to do.

Didn't know england had homeless.

He was cracking jokes while he was up there "I asked Chris to sign a copy of my book and he said fool you know you can't read."
