Parade Prince Honourable mention: TRC (of course). A lot of the related artists stuff have great covers too - Jill Jones, The Family, all the Sheila E and The Time records, Mazarati, Exodus, Ingrid Chavez, Eric Leeds' Times Squared is very good too, it reminds me of The Family a lot. 
Sorry, but a lot of the post-WB album covers are utter rubbish - Emancipation, Musicology, Rave (wins the 'unintentionally hilarious' award). I loved the packaging on The Family's album. The packaging captured the music of the album. I also loved Sheila E's self titled album cover. I just wish it had been a gatefold. If we were voting for the worst, I would definitely give it to Musicology. I liked the booklet, but the cover art with the pixelated background and horrible font was very tacky. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

I just meant 'Rave'. Emancipation isn't hilarious at all, just tacky. "Just tacky"  I strongly disagree. If one wants to demonstrate liberty by breaking one's chains I think that is a very good way to do it.
As for the Rave cover, I'm lukewarm. I like the symbol as always but I never had warm feelings about that tight blue dress (from a heterosexual standpoint.) | |
