"Make It Through The Storm" is a great song! One that was never officially released, but should have been. "I guess Soul Psychodelicide means death of the soul from psychodelic drug use" - mimiviz
I am my own unique individual, and not a stereotype. You betta recognize!!!! I'd rather be unattached and happy, then to be stuck with an idiot and miserable.

It's really interesting to hear how P's voice developed from this time to the release of 'For You' the next year. It really changed a lot! Yes, but he can still do a hell of a falsetto! But his voice has definitely changed over the years. But not as much as some other artists with 30 year careers. He still has awesome power in all his registers. Speaking of "For You", two of the songs on that album are on the Best Song by Prince ranking on Rankopedia. "Just As Long As We're Together" is # 24 and "Soft & Wet" is # 40. I agree those are some great songs. Check it out here and let's get these songs higher up the ranking! http://www.rankopedia.com...1/2998.htm I play the tambourine in Christopher Tracy's parade....

But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

"Make It Through the Storm" is the b-side of Sue Ann Carwell's 1981 single "Let Me Let You Rock Me" (WB 49750). Yeah, her version did get released but credited to Chris Moon when Prince wrote it. The version I was referring to was Prince's own demo of it from 1977, however. http://www.swamimusic.com
