I agree with most of the concepts of vegans, avoiding killing, harming and exploiting animals. Even in maintaining excellent health and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A vegan not hunting or fishing, not cruelly trained animals in circuses and zoos. But I do not become vegan by someone else, what would stop him doing for me?

I used to be vegetarian and then met my hubby and he influenced my eating habits. So I started eating chicken and salmon. Now I am back to mostly vegetarian with once a week of salmon. I also like eggs and cheese.

Before I got married I used to date an animal rights activist. Vegan lifestyle is too strict and not for me. You can't totally remove animal products from your lifestyle... they creep in at some point one way or the other.

Also with veganism you miss out on some of the B vitamins that your body needs.

I would be willing to try as long as I had the proper dietary guidance to balance daily nutrition so it doesn't make me sick.

Well u shouldn't go vegan for nobody but yourself if you want to change your lifestyle.

So my answer is no. I probably could go a few days without meat, but one way or the other, I will be craving some chicken...defintely. nod
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I guess it depends on how strict u are...I've never eaten seafood or fish other that a crabmeat appetizer once...tuna fish about 10 times. i've had a steak less than once a year, a cheeseburger 3 times a year...and turkey or chicken a couple of times a month...What does that make me? It makes me the type that could be a vegetarian pretty easy...If I really wanted Chicken for some reason...I would just go out to dinner alone...and bring Prince whatever he wanted. cool

Eating deep fried foods is the worst thing you could do to your body.

That's right. Vegans don't eat seafood, dairy, meat. They get all their nutrition from grains, fruits, veggies and beans/peas.
