Baby Go-Go vs. The sex of it

Those are to great unreleased songs. I go back and forth of which one is the better song. I would have to say the sex of it has a little more punch in the arragement nod

Both have been officially released... "The Sex Of It" by Kid Creole (http://www.housequake.com...eat_divide), and "Baby Go-Go" by Nona Hendryx (http://www.housequake.com...le_trouble)

But yeah, versions with Prince's original vocals are circulating. Personally, I think "The Sex Of It" is a much stronger track. "Baby Go-Go" has never really done much for me...

the sex of it ..the hornz make it that much funkier ..nona's rendition is funkier than prince's arrangment tho

the truth will b told and 4 those that fear that xposure of it ..oh well! u won't ever silence me. the innocent have voices that need 2 b heard and u will hear them

I voted for baby go-go because of that slightly off guitar hook. One of the most interesting guitar lines Prince has ever done, just because it's slightly off. While I usually prefer Prince' funk songs, the 'sex of it' has always struck me as thirteen in a dozen. Therefor I never gave it much attention. However, it is held by the fans in high regard, so I'll prepare myself for a trashing! lol
