Maoris now are Civilised we have ipods, computers and access to Prince websites, we live in houses and wear western clothes. I was telling this dude at one of the studios I record at about some of the stuff that was on this thread. He had actually brought up Prince because he mentioned this club that P used to go to out here in So. Cal. Anyway, after I told him about some of these rumors, he said that he had heard some of them plus he told me a few that was way out as well. One, I had actually heard before but I forgot all about it...I'll just say it involved P and Tony Lemans. And why the Black Album was really recorded. And why P had NO intention on releasing that album ever. And no, it doesn't have jack to do with him recording it for Sheila's birthday party either. When a rumor spreads through minds that just want to pass it on in their own words...It not only creates distortion and confusion...It gives birth to the fact that we believe in reliable sources for information...which can lead to the fact that you don't believe that anyone in this world is sincere...Even whirling out a rumor to watch it's twist...Is in itself cruel...Although it is in the listeners ignorance to believe it....
