This programme must be edited by a Prince Fan. Are they on here?

Last week they played U got the Look and Guitar

This week they have played Erotic City. Anyone else noticed this?

Wonder who is responsible for these decisions?
Couldn't see anything in the credits....
What r the laws governing this kind of use of music?
Do they need permission from the artist themselves, or is the B.B.C licensed in a more general way?
