What was Prince's best band? The LOVESEXY band of 87/88 is my favorite because they could play and adapt 2 any of his styles. the NPG of 94 to95 was really good. The revoultion was good but a cold sounding band, | |

I like The band he had with Fink, Lisa, Bobby, Dez, and Mark. The Pre-Revolution band...or Pre-Wendy, I guess. You can go back a little farther and swap Mark for Andre, either one is fine. | |

I like the Revolution and the LoveSexy band the most of all of Prince's bands. His band from the recent 21 Nights/Earth Tour at the O2 were also a brilliant band. BenS71 | |

The Revolution wouldn't be the Revolution without her.. 1999 says "& The Revolution" on the album cover, some people class it as the first Revolution album, so you could say this band is the pre-Wendy Revolution. [Edited 7/6/08 13:43pm] 1999 is the first Revolution album. It says "Revolution" in the football shaped image and it is written backwards. WB must have overlooked that fact as they were use to Prince being a one man band. SOTT/Lovesexy is by far lightyears the best band! __________________________________________________
