Prince the comedian

What have been your favourite comedy moments from prince it can be anything moments from songs, films or interviews. One of my favourites that always makes me laugh is the lyric from When you were mine that goes "I never cared, I never was the kind to make a fuss, when he was there, sleeping in between the two of us" thats comedy genius, and I bet you any money when he came up with that lyric he had a smile on his face.

I think one of the best for me is "Dinner with Dolores" the whole song was funny

During the ONA show in Oakland..he was pretty funny..
As far as joking with the croud.. a side i was not use to seeing

He strolled in after his band in front of photographers and reporters..gave a statement.."contrary to rumor..eye'd like to take a couple of questions right now." As soon as a reporter began to ask a question, Prince broke into a loud riff of his guitar with a sly grin on his face..and began to lead his band into a song! That was rudely funny!

Well, isn't it supposed to take a long time?

it's his expressions on the black sweat video. I can't watch it without laughing uncontrollably. His face is quite expressive.

"Moviestar"..I laugh everytime I hear it. "As much money as I've spent up in this funky joint?" He stole that line from Richard Pryor. He said it in the movie "WATTSTAX".

I also liked the MTV 1999 interview he did with Kurt Loder. I'm sure P has a wicked sense of humour when he's not "on".
