Maybe something that went through several versions, like "We Can Funk," because I'd like to get an idea for why he changed things around and what his thought process was like during the creation. Or else I'd choose something where he was working with a band, because I'd like to hear him explaining what he wanted to his band members, something like "In a Large Room with No Light."
