Acknowledge Me

Oh what this song could have done for Prince commercially if he had released as a single. It probably would have been a huge hit when he recorded it.

I was just listening to it yesterday-It has not been a song that I've listened to alot, but I must say the I do like it

Always loved this song. Couldn't get enough of it. Loved the Soul Train performance of it with Mayte, too. I agree -- I thought it was a hit, too. Love it either way.

Never liked this song. It sounded like P was following what everyone else (Montell Jordan/Bobby Brown) was doing at that time.

I liked it at the time, but now it's hard to listen to, it sounds so terribly dated and just a little dumb, IMHO.
