Why do you think Prince is single?

He could probably choose a million beautiful women.

And what does he do?

He is single

I really don't believe he's single, just keeping it on the DL for privacy. Can't say I blame him though. This has been discussed at length (new love interest), but I respect his boundaries even if he chooses to be single. I think he knows his potential for getting women and he has nothing to prove. Go listen to Planet Earth again, there are some subtle clues...

Sad, but true

Music is his mistress
and his first love. Nothing can take the place that music has in his life, not even a woman.

Yet he continues to look for his soulmate.
And who knows? She might be out there somewhere, its just a matter of finding her. Or maybe he should just let love find him

For someone who writes about love and relationship, I think he deserves his shot at finding his one and only, but he may very well be happier on his own.

Though with his music, he's never really alone, is he?

It seems like he knows all the things to do and say, and he's probably great in the beginning but somewhere in there I think he might get bored and the music just draw him back like a magnet. I feel he surely loved mayte' but when she needed him most to comfort her, he needed his music to comfort himself. he does seem to be blessed by God in every way but Love.

I don't think that he is single. I think that he has just reached that point in his life that his romantic interest is kept at a perspective-not out front for everyone to see. Music is still his first love and any woman that he gets with has to understand that and just love him for who he is not what he can give her

I saw that "Somebody's somebody",video, I'll bet his life is like that for real.
I'll bet he's not easy to love because his woman's got to Bend like the Wind. Ha-ha.

I agree. I think that to be in a relationship with him you'd have to be very flexible and be able to put every thing Prince first. You could have a career, but in the end the music would be first. I've often wondered what it must be like to for his love interests to always know that there are 50 million women and men wanting your man

In a way I kind of dont feel sorry for him, he brought some of the things on himself.
