to me prince is just a person. a very talented person, but still a person.

that's why i don't take him too seriously. he's a very small part of my life, as much as thirty albums on my shelf, etc. can mean.

what does prince mean to you? i'm really curious about this because of discussions i've been having recently.

Someone who has written some amazing lyrics that have calmed my nerves, stopped my tears, pissed me off, cheered me up, made me laugh, made me cry, made me understand, confused the shit out of me, and challenged my way of how music should sound if passion is put behind it.

My favourite musician and performer who has brought me many incredible highs, and occasional stomach churning lows.

i don't know. if an alternate reality version of me who was a sports fan existed, in that universe prince would probably be my favorite team and i'd be one of those idiots who paints his face and waves a big dumb foam finger around at games, and i'd tape all the games and cuss at the tv every time i watched the exciting parts, even though i'd seen the game like 900 times already.

He's a walking tornado. He can turn you on, make you love him, make you horny, piss you off, make you curse him, make you wanna smack him, and make you love him again.

Prince keeps my mind sharp because I never quite know what he'll do next.

And I like that he keeps you guessing. You don't get bored with him that's for sure.

4 me he is one musician have a lot of fun with. his music makes me feeling good every day! A lot of my friends don't understand, that his music is giving me so much positivity ...

Prince is a man with an incredible God-given talent who has found a way to make music that makes my day on a daily basis and has done so since before I was in Kindergarten. With him and his music, he's made me as happy as kid getting the toy they've always wanted for their birthday or Christmas and he's made me so mad I've wanted to knock the shit outta him and everybody else but yet he still has this way of getting my attention and keeping it. 24 years and still going.
